Our Facilities

As Primary Care we are considered the center of patients medical treatment. With the participation of specialist we try to maintain all of the patients records to best direct patient care when it is beyond our scope of practice. We submit referrals for specialist and prior authorizations as needed. We work diligently behind the scenes to take care of our patients needs. Our office encourages patients to take advantage of preventive services such as Annual Physicals which include but are not limited to annual labs, cancer screening, mammograms, pap smears and immunizations.
