Kyle joined Atiga Family Practice in December 2023 and has since served in multiple administrative roles within the organization. He is now a valued member of the Chronic Care Management Program team, where he continues to expand his impact.
Above all, Kyle is a lifelong learner—naturally curious and deeply appreciative of mentorship. He believes that while individuals have the potential to achieve great things, guidance from others plays a vital role in unlocking that potential.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys building computers, tackling challenging video games, and exploring music. He also values spending quality time with his siblings and close friends.
Christian is a well-rounded and goal-driven individual, equipped with essential skills to ensure a smooth workflow and deliver a positive patient experience through efficient coordination.
He is adaptable and flexible, and can easily transition between roles and responsibilities to assist patients in any way possible.
With strong communication skills, Christian has worked as an Online International English Teacher and a Technical Service Representative, consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and compassion in all interactions.
After successfully completing intensive training and certification as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant through HelloRache, along with pre-med coursework, Christian is dedicated to making a meaningful impact. He is prepared to take on key responsibilities and embrace challenges in the evolving world of healthcare virtual services.

Behind every smooth call to our clinic is Thea. She has a calm and helpful presence and is ready to guide patients with care. With experience in healthcare communication and a background in pharmacy, she brings both empathy and efficiency to every conversation.
Thea has been licensed in the Philippines since 2016. She spent nearly five years working in a community pharmacy before transitioning to a remote role as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant at an endocrinology clinic in Oklahoma, where she supported patients for almost three years. She then transitioned to family practice at Atiga Family Practice.
Thea looks forward to assisting patients with questions, concerns, scheduling, and medication-related needs. She strives to ensure every patient feels heard and supported, believing that even the smallest interaction can make a meaningful difference in a patient’s day.
Kirk is a curious and responsible individual who has built a robust career primarily in a tertiary hospital setting. This environment provided him with extensive real-world experience and insight that cannot be fully captured in technical textbooks.
Passionate and committed to his profession, he has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to mastering his craft, developing both interpersonal and intrapersonal skills in working with patients of all temperaments. His strong work ethic and professionalism have enabled him to effectively meet the needs of both the hospital and its patients.
As one chapter comes to a close, Kirk has transitioned to new opportunities that offer promising growth. In this next phase, supported by extensive training with a reputable organization, Atiga Family Practice, he is ready to take on a new venture.
Maria is one of the individuals who help with phone calls and insurance eligibility for the office. She is goal-oriented and constantly seeks professional and personal improvement. She is honest, passionate, and dedicated to delivering excellent quality work.
She worked in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative right after she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014, where she made sure that customers were heard and provided high-quality care, even just over the phone. In 2016, she passed the Philippines Nursing Licensure Exam and the training to become an IV Therapy Nurse in a hospital setting. She was a Private Duty Nurse for a while to a terminally ill patient before she decided to work remotely, a virtual assistant. As a Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant, I usually help patients with scheduling appointments, relaying laboratory reports, and faxing documents.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She loves cooking, she takes her kids to the park and grab some picnics on her off days, and does sports like volleyball, badminton, and bowling.
Aleydie is one of the friendly voices behind our front desk! She answers your calls, helps you schedule appointments, and makes sure everything runs smoothly from the very first “hello.”
She joined Atiga Family Practice in November 2023. She loves planning her next travel adventure and spending time with her three adorable dogs, who definitely keep her on her toes.
Aleydie brings a positive vibe, a caring attitude, and a genuine love for helping people in everything she does. She enjoys making every interaction feel easy and welcoming.

Kristel spent ten years honing her skills in the nursing field, working as a community nurse in the Philippines, where she assisted in providing care and managing healthcare referrals of patients from primary care to tertiary hospitals. She also aided in the implementation of various programs of the Department of Health. In addition, she worked as a staff nurse in KSA.
Her passion for healthcare motivates her to always do her best. She is continually looking for ways to improve and enhance her capabilities every day.
Now entering the world of technology as a virtual assistant in the healthcare industry, she is even more eager and determined to help people in need. She strives to make a difference in every person’s life that she comes into contact with.
