Meet our Providers

Dr. Rolando Atiga M.D

Driven by a commitment to patient well-being, Dr. Rolando Atiga M.D founded Atiga Family Practice in May 2003, while also working part-time at an urgent care center. As his private practice grew, he expanded his availability to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, all while serving as the medical director for Alliance Urgent Care. Dr. Atiga is a Board Certified Physician, graduating from Ross University School of Medicine in 1999. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, watching the Lakers win, and savoring good food.

Dr. John Feeney D.O

Dr. John Feeney D.O

Dr. John Feeney D.O. became part of Atiga Family Practice in January 2017, though he’s been serving the community since 2003. Graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1983, he’s known for his compassion, bedside manner, and thoroughness with patients. Besides his dedication to patient care, his priority is his wife, Nanci. He enjoys leisurely walks with her and has a passion for astronomy.

Saloni Saini, FNP

Nurse Practitioner Saloni holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Johns Hopkins University and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. With expertise in primary and urgent care, she prioritizes empathy and compassion in patient interactions. Saloni emphasizes evidence-based care and shared decision-making in her medical practice. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball and tennis.

Sheena Cabacungan, FNP

Sheena Cabacungan, FNP

Nurse Practitioner Sheena, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, has almost a decade of experience in acute care nursing, including work in the Emergency Department and ICU step-down units. Motivated by a desire to further assist her patients, she earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing to become a provider. Joining Atiga Family Practice in August 2019, she is dedicated to helping others lead healthier, happier lives. In her free time, Sheena values moments with her husband, children, family, and friends, making cherished memories.

Nadia Steele, FNP

Nadia Steele is a compassionate and family-oriented nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in family nursing and a bachelor’s degree from California State University. With extensive experience across various specialties, she now concentrates on Family Medicine, bringing her expertise and dedication to patient care. In her free time, Nadia enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her two sons.

Victoria Trujillo, FNP

Victoria, a San Diego native, pursued her nursing career after moving to Kansas on a collegiate softball scholarship, completing her BSN-RN in 2013. She found her passion in wound care while serving her community as a Home Health Nurse. After obtaining her MSN-FNP from CSUSM, Victoria began her NP career as an Acute Care Wound Care Nurse Practitioner. Since 2018, she has also been a professor at California State University San Marcos, sharing her expertise with nursing students. Victoria is dedicated to providing passionate, quality care to her patients and is eager to serve you.

Stacy Rivera, FNP

Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and raised in Gainesville, Florida, Ms. Rivera received her BSN in 2008 and began Nursing at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center. Pursuing a life of knowledge and experience, she became an International Humanitarian Nurse providing aid to African, Bolivia, Honduras, India, and Peru. Ms Rivera worked in medical surgical wards, Telemetry, Step Down Unit, ER, Primary Care, GI, ICU, and lastly as the Safe Patient Handling and Mobility Facility Coordinator at the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center in San Diego before beginning her Career as a Nurse Practitioner. 

Having worked for 7 distinct VA Medical Centers, she achieved her MSN and Acute Care Adult Gerontology Board Certification in 2018. Ms Rivera continued her nurse practitioner career in GI and Wound Care before arriving at Family Practice. 

A fluent Spanish speaker, she aims to provide preventative care knowledge to her patients and community. The art of medicine is ever changing, therefore not evolving with it makes us our own architects of decay.
