Erectile Dysfunction & Non-Surgical Treatment Option

Erectile dysfunction is a common condition that affects many men at different stages of life. Today, advances in medical technology offer new non-surgical approaches designed to support circulation and tissue health. Our practice offers innovative treatment options, including radiofrequency therapy, to help men explore solutions for improving erectile function and overall wellness.

Understanding Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common medical condition that affects millions of men worldwide. It occurs when a man has difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity. While occasional difficulty can happen to anyone, persistent erectile dysfunction may indicate underlying health factors that deserve medical attention. Many men are surprised to learn that ED is often connected to overall health and circulation.

Common contributing factors include:

  • Reduced blood flow

  • Aging and hormonal changes

  • Cardiovascular health

  • Diabetes

  • Stress or anxiety

  • Certain medications

  • Lifestyle factors such as smoking or lack of exercise

Because erectile function is closely related to vascular health, ED can sometimes serve as an early indicator of other medical conditions.

Seeking professional evaluation can help determine the underlying cause and identify appropriate treatment options.

How Does APEX™ RF Work?

Healthy erections depend on strong blood flow and resilient penile tissue. APEX™ RF works by gently heating the deeper tissue layers to:

  • Increase circulation: Improved microcirculation helps deliver oxygen-rich blood where it’s needed most.
  • Stimulate collagen and elastin: This strengthens the tissue for better erectile firmness and function.
  • Enhance sensitivity: Many men notice heightened sensation and improved sexual satisfaction.

Each treatment is quick and comfortable, taking about 15 minutes with no downtime. Most men benefit from a series of sessions to achieve and maintain the best results.

What happens during a treatment session? Each session lasts around 15 minutes. The device delivers RF energy while monitoring temperature and impedance to ensure safe and effective treatment. A series of six treatments is typically recommended for optimal results.

Is the treatment painful?
No, the treatment is non-invasive and generally well tolerated, with minimal to no discomfort. Patients report feeling no pain during or after treatment.

How soon can I see results?
Many patients experience noticeable improvements in erectile function within a few weeks after starting treatments, with further enhancements continuing up to three months post-treatment as collagen and fibers repair and stimulate.

How effective is Apex?
Clinical studies show that men who underwent six Apex treatments experienced a significant improvement in erectile function scores, with long-term benefits lasting at least six months.

How does Apex compare to other ED treatments?
– Oral Medications: Apex provides a natural and lasting improvement, whereas medications offer temporary relief.
– Shockwave Therapy: Unlike shockwave therapy, which mainly improves blood flow, Apex actively restores and strengthens collagen fibers, addressing the structural cause of ED.
– Injections & Surgery: Apex is a non-invasive alternative without the risks or side effects associated with these options.

Is there any downtime or side effects?
There is no downtime, and side effects are minimal. Patients can resume normal activities immediately after treatment.

Does it hurt?
No. Most patients describe a warming sensation and feel very comfortable during the treatment.

How many treatments will I need?
Most patients complete a series of 6 treatments over 6 weeks. Results continue to improve over time, with maintenance sessions recommended a few times per year.

When will I notice results?
Some patients report improved confidence and function within weeks. However, full benefits typically emerge 6–12 weeks post-treatment as your body builds new tissue and blood vessels.

Will people know I’m doing this?
Not at all. Treatments are done in-office, with no visible marks or downtime. Many men come in during their lunch break and return to work immediately.

Is this like Viagra?
ApexRF works differently—by supporting your body’s natural processes. It’s not a drug and has no systemic side effects.

Can I combine it with other services?
Yes! Tone can enhance results by strengthening muscles that support performance.
