Billing Manager
Cj has been working in the medical field over 30 years in various specialties. Her career started off as medical assistant and was then given the task of billing. On her own she took different training and classes. She has been in management throughout her career. She also taught medical assistant courses along with billing courses. In her spare time she does a lot of church activities, spends time with family ,friends, and during season she plays softball, and her quiet time she spends with her fur babies.
Biller
Lori has dedicated 25 years to medical billing, combining her expertise with a passion for patient care and customer service. She thrives in the complexities of healthcare billing, ensuring accuracy and support for those navigating their medical expenses. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and children, balancing her professional dedication with a fulfilling family life.
Biller
In 2024 Val joined Atiga Family Practice as a dedicated Biller. He is happy to assist patients with their calls and help explain any questions that they may have and he makes sure that the billing is done accurately and matches what is stated in the patients visit record.
Since he graduated with a BS in Nursing in 2016 and passed the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination the same year and worked as a nurse, previously to his billing and coding experience, it gives him an extensive understanding with patient billing and coding.
Outside of work, Val enjoys traveling to new cities or beaches alone or with friends, discovering new food places, hiking, and training in Muay Thai. He also values spending quality time with his family and walking his three small dogs.
Biller
Although Vince may seem reserved in appearance, he possesses a playful and imaginative nature. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, nephews and friends, engaging in various art forms, and exploring different media.
While Vince’s strong work ethic has earned him a stellar reputation, it is his exceptional interpersonal and soft skills that have helped him navigate the challenging stages of his professional journey.
With his transition from an Airline Reservation Specialist to an expert Healthcare/Benefit Advocate, he has undergone extensive training, coaching sessions, and spent thousands of hours interacting with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
Vince’s past skills and continual growth help Atiga Family Practice to maintain accurate and streamlined claim processing.
Eligibility Coordinator
Joana joined Atiga Family Practice in 2025 as an Eligibility Coordinator and has gained valuable experience working with different insurance providers, patients, and colleagues. She is eager to think critically, solve problems, and provide effective solutions.
Outside of work, Joana enjoys cooking and singing, and values spending quality time with her family—especially bonding over food. She has two dogs, Kio and Tuffie, who mean the world to her.
