Now working as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant through Hello Rache, she supports providers with medication refills, organizes patient documents, and ensures smooth coordination within the team.

Shawna joined the Atiga family in 2023. She came from a non profit organization. With a background of over 20 years experience in management & customer service. She is very detail oriented and dedicated to her tasks. Her compassion for people & their well being is what motivates her.
Outside of work, she has been a caretaker for her husband for over 16 years. She enjoys quality time with him & their pup Ollie. She loves to explore beaches, see live music, enjoys Pilates, & loves antique & vintage shopping.
