Sunrider Products are food and herb based. These products are not medicine. Food and herbs take time feeding and nourishing your body. When trying the products we recommend at minimum 3 months of a consist routine of eating and drinking the products. Most find that at 6 months to a year that they can feel the difference in their bodies.
